- Is there a sample fee? If so how much and is it refundable if we place an order on the style?

Re: Yes, we charge the sample fee, normally the sample cost is between USD 30-40/pc.

- How long does it take for you to make a 1st sample?

Re: Normally 3-7 days, for our regular customers, we are send around 10-30 new samples to them every week.

- What is your factory's capacity per month?

Re: Our Factory capacity is around 100,000 per month.

- What is the minimum for first order quantity?

Re: Our MOQ is 100 pcs per design/color

- What is the MOQ to do own customised yardage printing?

Re: If the fabric printing customized by our factory, our MOQ is 100 pcs per design/color ( most fabric can be customized printing by us)

If the fabric printing customized by fabric supplier, it's depends on the fabric MOQ. normally 300-500 pcs

- Do you have an in-house sample room?

Re: Yes

- Is your factory open to quote in ex-works?

Re: Yes, our quotations are base on Ex-works

- What do you specialise in? i.e.- woven, knits

Re: We have two sewing groups. One is focus on Woven, another one is focus on Knits.

- What is your payment policy?

Re: 40% deposit before production, 60% balance to be paid before shipment.
